WHITE CHOCOLATE-COVERED POPCORN

Package this candy-popcorn treat in a clear cellophane bag tied with a colorful ribbon.

Spread popcorn on a baking sheet. PER 1/2 CUP: 129 calories; 2 g protein; 16 g carbohydrates; 1 g fiber; 7 g fat (4 g saturated); 7 mg cholesterol; 22 mg sodium Place chocolate in a glass bowl atop a pot of barely simmering water (do not let the bowl touch the water). Melt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Alternatively, melt the chocolate in the microwave on 50 percent power for about 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds. Drizzle chocolate over popcorn.
