Meatless and With Fish
February 17 marks the start of Lent, a period of 40 days leading up to Easter. For Roman Catholics, and some other Christians, it also means giving up meat on Ash Wednesday and every Friday until Easter (fish is allowed). Eating less meat and more fish is a good idea for everyone for health reasons. So we've compiled some of our favorite fish and meatless dishes from the Dispatch Food section over the years. — Robin Davis
